Deposit

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required with your application which is applied to your overall fee.

Scholarships

Scholarships are provided by our camp to students who have received any of the following honors. These scholarships do not stack. If you are eligible for more than one, you may choose the ONE with the highest value. Only ONE Summer Music Camp scholarship per camper.

• 2024 Jazz Camp “Most Improved” $75
• 2024 Jazz Camp “Leadership Award” $75
• 2024 Jazz Camp “Theory Award” $75
• Oregon Jazz Camp Scholarship- Amounts vary, cannot be combined with other discounts.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

When registering for band camps, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. Withdrawal requests made more than 30 days before camp begins will be refunded in full, except for the $100 non-refundable deposit. Requests made 29-11 days before camp begins will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 10 days before camp begins. Students arriving late for camp or leaving early are not eligible for monetary compensation or discounts. Please note that all camps must meet minimum enrollment, or they are subject to cancellation with full refunds.
