Typical Daily Schedule

​​8:30am – 9:30am: Breakfast and Announcements
9:30am – 11:45pm: Open lessons and practice sessions
Noon – 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm – 3:30pm: Chamber music session rehearsal and coaching
3:30pm – 4:00pm: Break and Snack
4:00pm – 5:00pm: Masterclass/Workshops
5:00pm – 6:30pm: Orchestra rehearsal
6:30pm – 7:30pm: Dinner
7:30pm: Faculty/Student Concert

Concerts at Historical Beall Concert Hall

Thursday, Aug 7, 7:00pm: UO Faculty Chamber Music Concert
Friday, Aug 8, 7:00pm: UO Student Concert I (Solo & Chamber Music)
Saturday, Aug 9, 7:00pm: UO Student Concert II (Solo, Chamber Music & String Orchestra)

Check-In

Monday, August 4

Noon-1pm at UO Global Scholar Hall. Each participant receives a room key and nametag. Your nametag must always be worn around your neck. Orientation is held in the lobby of a UO Residence Hall (TBD).

Check-Out

Sunday, August 10

Noon at UO Global Scholars Hall, following the final concert. Parking instructions will be sent in an email closer to the start of the program. Participants must return their key. If a key is not returned at check-out, it is assumed to be lost, and the student will be billed $80  for a replacement.
